On the see-saw of Life The mind and heart play tug of war The ' Whys' and  ' What ifs' take you on an emotional roller coaster  The thoughts swinging from one to another Caught in a cyclical spiral Pause Let Silence reign All encompassing, all powerful, all engulfing  Amidst the elliptical spiral, Truth will dawn The Soul knows Life is but a Game Moh  Maya  Mithya

The mighty mountains remain indifferent  The icy cold cannot touch them The sprightly tree remains unmoved The wintry winds hold no sway The Leaves, the frail leaves though...they fall down gemtly The fleeting flowers too Wither way too soon The mighty Mountains , the sprightly Tree, the  fallen Leaves, the fleeting flowers...all  stay still, in silent surrender  Each to their destiny tied

The Leaves, they never see the Roots  The Roots, they never see the Leaves Both live in ignorance of the simple truth One is...so the Other is

There's a hovering stillness A strange kind of silence  And The rambling thoughts fly everywhere Pause Breathe  Pause Peace is but a fleeting visitor For now

It is a dot. Just a dot.  The dot is the leaf The dot is the trunk The dot is the root It is a dot. Just a dot.  The dot is all. All is the dot.  As above...so below Parmanu. 

The Tree stands The Roots, they reach for the Earth The Branches, they reach for the Skies The Tree, it just stands witness

The bird wonders, do the Sky and the  Land ever meet each other... Without realising, that it is She who connects the two...  

Can  you  find  yourself  in  the  silences ...

When  Restlessness  and  Stillness  find  each  other ...
